No more than two\r\n     materials can be accepted from one author.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Registration and receipt of materials will be confirmed by the organizing\r\n     committee by \"feedback\".<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>If for some reason the confirmation is not received, the applicant must repeat the\r\n     registration or contact the technical support service of the site.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Travel, accommodation and meals for conference participants at the expense of the\r\n     sending party. Those in need of accommodation will be provided with hotel reservations\r\n     according to preliminary requests.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Manuscripts are not edited. The authors and their supervisors are responsible for\r\n     the scientific content and presentation of the materials. The decision to publish\r\n     the materials is made by the editorial board. Materials that do not correspond\r\n     to the scientific directions of the conference, submitted in violation of the\r\n     requirements, submitted later than the specified period, have not passed the\r\n     verification procedure through the Antiplagiarism check system, are not accepted\r\n     for consideration and are not sent back.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The collection of materials is planned to be published by the beginning\r\n     of the conference and placed on the RSCI platform.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"imp_data\">\r\n\r\n\t<p>Submission of applications and materials: <strong>by September 15, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\t<p><em>Receiving of the files will be confirmed by the organizatiom committee message sent <strong>to the email indicated during the check-in.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\r\n\t<p>Plenary and breakout sessions: <strong>24.10.2025.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\t<p>The collection of materials is planned to be published by the beginning of the \r\n        conference.
